Terms of Service

1. The Service

GLASS is a cannabis price comparison and dispensary intelligence platform. We aggregate publicly available menu and pricing data from Massachusetts dispensaries and present it in a searchable, comparable format. We also provide dispensary operators with analytics dashboards, Glass Scores, competitive positioning data, and profile management tools.

GLASS is an informational tool. We are not a dispensary, retailer, delivery service, or licensed cannabis operator. We do not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of cannabis or cannabis products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use GLASS, in compliance with Massachusetts cannabis regulations. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Pricing Data & Accuracy

• Price data displayed on GLASS is sourced from publicly available dispensary menus on platforms including Dutchie, Leafly, Weedmaps, and Jane.
• Prices are updated regularly but may not reflect real-time changes. A price shown on GLASS may differ from the current in-store or online price at a dispensary.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. A product listed on GLASS may be out of stock when you visit a dispensary.
• Savings calculations, price comparisons, and "cheapest" designations are based on observed data at the time of our most recent data collection and are provided for informational purposes only.

4. Glass Score & Analytics

Glass Scores, grades, competitive rankings, and related analytics are computed using proprietary algorithms based on publicly available data including pricing, product assortment, compliance records, and data freshness. These scores are informational and represent our analytical assessment at the time of calculation. They are not endorsements, certifications, or official ratings.

We reserve the right to modify our scoring methodology at any time. Score changes may occur without notice as we improve our algorithms or incorporate new data dimensions.

5. Dispensary Claims & Operator Accounts

• Dispensary operators may claim their listing on GLASS by verifying their identity through our claim process. Claiming grants access to an operator dashboard with analytics, profile editing, and competitive intelligence features.
• By claiming a dispensary, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of profile information you provide, including business descriptions, hours, website URLs, social links, and uploaded logos.
• We reserve the right to revoke a claim if we determine it was made fraudulently or by an unauthorized party.
• Dashboard access is managed through magic link authentication. You are responsible for keeping your access links secure. Do not share dashboard links containing session tokens with unauthorized parties.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use GLASS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from GLASS through automated means without our written consent
• Attempt to access accounts, dashboards, or data belonging to other users or operators
• Upload malicious content, including but not limited to malware, scripts, or images containing illegal material
• Claim a dispensary listing you are not authorized to manage
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use GLASS data to create a competing service without our written consent

7. Uploaded Content

When you upload content to GLASS (such as dispensary logos), you retain ownership of that content. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the GLASS service, including on your public dispensary listing. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The GLASS name, logo, Glass Score methodology, website design, and all original content and software are the property of Roviq and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written consent.

Dispensary names, logos, and product information displayed on GLASS belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on GLASS does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with GLASS or Roviq.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

GLASS may contain links to third-party websites, including dispensary websites and online ordering platforms. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GLASS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roviq and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of GLASS, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roviq and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of GLASS, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GLASS at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GLASS shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of GLASS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
